Sharing how easy it can be!
Recipe: - Mix wild rice, cauliflower rice, onions and garlic in a sauté pan
- Mushrooms get a separate pan b/c of my hubby’s distaste for them🤨
- squeeze out water from extra firm tofu with dish towel or paper towels then cut the tofu in small squares, throw them in a bag with - avacado oil, balsamic, garlic, coconut aminos = shake and marinate for 30 minutes - roast for 35minutes @ 375
Flip and shake a few times in the oven.
At the end I sprayed with avocado oil and added some extra balsamic on top and Enjoy the crispy goodness tofu can deliver😋
