Breakfast Favorites

While I’m trying to diversify the nuts in my diet as they all have different and important health benefits, my forever favorite will be peanut butter🙌. This bowl is my go to breakfast.

To make the oatmeal dice an apple and add it to a pot of boiling water along with oats and cinnamon.

Add any toppings you want, I change it up but this banana peanut butter combo is amazing. Dried bananas are seriously my favorite “candy” - I highly recommend 😍just set the dehydrator to 135 degrees and let it go for six hours to eight hours - this varies depending on the thickness of the banana slices. I don’t like mine to be over dehydrated, I prefer slightly sticky and less chip-like!
